By accessing or using the EOL Vet Trust Program website and services (the "Services"), operated by Starloop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for licensed end-of-life veterinarians and their practices. By using the Services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your practice.
3. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
4. Accounts and Bookings
When you book a discovery call or otherwise share information with us, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the site are the property of Starloop or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starloop and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Starloop is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
